Located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Grancare Nursing Center is a private, family owned skilled nursing facility. A fully licensed and certified staff, combined with our unique care philosophy, creates the best personalized care for the mind, body, and spirit. Our staff is comprised of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other certified specialists, in addition to the dietary, housekeeping and activity Care Partners who work together to enrich the lives of those who live and stay in our home.

Grancare offers Medicare Certified Rehabilitation for when an individual isn’t quite ready to come home after being hospitalized. Our household-style community design creates an atmosphere that is energetic, empowering, and puposeful. Our staff helps your loved ones get back home as soon as possible.
